  • You will be transferred to our MA Kelsey (if available) or our office staff will send her a message with your issue
  • Kelsey, Melanie, or I will review and get back to you ASAP
For urgent clinical issues
  • Call our STL MISC office at 314-270-9494
    • During normal business hours, discuss care with staff who will contact my NP Melanie or myself directly
    • After normal business hours, you should be connected to our digital call center, which will forward your message to me
  • Consider going to ER for immediate attention
    • We recommend going to Mercy South ER if possible. If not, another associated Mercy facility would be ideal.
    • If your surgery was performed at St. Luke’s, we recommend going to St. Luke’s ER
