- Your appointment has a scheduled time, but may not begin at the exact appointment time
- I fit these appointments in many times on OR days, which can be unpredictable.

- It is rare to have to reschedule to a later day, but it can happen if there are emergencies.
Step 6: The appointment
- At this time, only I am doing video visits, Melanie is not
- We will obtain a focused history and physical
- We will show you your imaging (through screen sharing on the app) and explain your problem
- We will do our best to provide sound recommendations
- Clinic appointments are schedule for 20 minutes, but it is ok if they run longer
Step 7: Check out
